Thanksgiving

On Thanksgiving morning we went for our annual run on Alki Beach then met up with Ashley, Neil and Adam.

We then headed over to the Cohen's house for Thanksgiving dinner.

Adam Comes to Town

Avery's cousin Adam came to town for Thanksgiving.

Rob and Megan Meet Avery

The weekend before Thanksgiving my cousin Rob and his girlfriend Megan flew up from LA to meet Avery. We had a great time showing them around town.

After visiting the Pike Place Market, we took a walk around the UW...

...and Avery showed us how she can play "peek-a-boo" with her hat!

We met my mom for lunch at Bellevue Square, then stopped by the new Lucky Strike game zone for some afternoon hoops and ski ball.

We ended the day at Carey Park.
We are so glad Rob and Megan came for the weekend!

Playtime

Avery is serious about playtime.Avery has two little teeth poking through - so all toys go in the mouth! Taking a break before bed to help mom set up her new smartphone.Avery loves the blocks at Cici's house. So sleepy!

Solid Foods

We started Avery on oatmeal last week and she really likes it!

Halloween

Avery had so much fun dressing up as a ladybug for Halloween!

We went trick-or-treating in Nana and Grandpa's neighborhood...

...then headed to Mercer Island to see the Cohens and trick or treat at friends' homes around the Island. Aaron and I resurrected costumes circa 2004- Aaron was a fisherman and I was a black cat (can't you tell?)

Avery enjoyed her first visit to the pumpkin patch at the Fall City Farms.

Where's Avery?

My Aunt Susan gave Avery these cute little polka dot pajamas around the same time we purchased a new bedsheet for her. We had quite a laugh the first time we put Avery to bed in them!

Avery's New School

Avery has so much fun at school each day. She has eight friends to play with and a world of new toys and experiences. She comes home every day just pooped!
